Our practice is very busy so patients are encouraged to book their appointment as far in advance as possible. The office will make every effort to accommodate your needs and those of your children. Emergency appointments are available throughout the day, however, please call ahead to receive an appointment time. In this way we can honor our appointments times and remain as close to schedule as possible.

We will be happy to book consecutive appointments for up to three family members, although if the appointments are for the children, we encourage you to bring one child at a time in order to limit distractions and to allow each child his/her due attention.

We continually strive to remain on schedule and honor our appointment times. Please keep in mind, that as in any medical office, there are occasionally patients and events that warrant Dr. Kirschen's or Dr. Choi's attention on an emergent basis. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be seen that day, although in most cases, we will try to accommodate late arrivals (there may be an increased waiting time).

Our office is always available for after-hours emergencies. Please call the office number and you will be instructed on how to contact Drs. Kirschen and Choi. In the event that Drs. Kirschen and Choi are unavailable, arrangements can be made for you to see another optometrist.
